Coaching changed my life! I spent years in therapy which taught me a lot about myself and why I had certain behaviors, reactions, etc. But, I always felt like therapy taught me the why, but didn’t teach me how to move forward.
Coaching changed that. Coaching allowed me to not just accept life as something that happens to me, but that I have the power to decide the life I want to live. Everything about coaching is action-oriented and forward-minded. It’s about getting you to the next big place in life by finally removing the excuses, the fear, the anxiety, and changing all the reasons why you can’t into all the reasons why you can… and will.

Coaching is not…
It’s important to note some of the things coaching is not. Most importantly, coaching is not therapy and coaching is not consulting. Your coach is by your side to help you unlock the power you already have within. Your coach is not going to tell you what you should do or “best practices,” and cannot diagnose or treat mental health conditions.
My Coaching Style.
Laid back. Honest. Kind, but direct. Non-judgmental. Fun.
I am trained using an ontological approach to coaching. Ontology is the study of the nature of being. This approach believes you have the power within you to be the person you want and live the life you desire. I will listen to you deeply, reflect back what you tell me, and help you unlock what is inside.
I am looking for clients who are committed to change, and those who want to put in at least six months of hard work meeting their goals. We will meet weekly via phone or Zoom, and have opportunities for support in between sessions.
